Wine cellar (bodega) for the warehousing of wines and musts with a surface of 3.300m². The company counts on a roofed storeroom with concrete tanks for stocking and four exterior tanks. This means a capacity of 6,11 million litres. In the wine cellar, wines in bulk are treated and the by-products of the must's concentrate's and rectified products are processed.
Manufacturing of musts and juices , with an expansion of 80.000 m². The manufacturing works at its full efficiency and was the object of new investment during the business years 2002, 2003 and 2004 to tackle the construction of the installations and equipment which allow the predicted increase in income from jams and juices.

Cogeneration plant which generates electricity and vapour with a capacity of 1 MW.
Laboratory which provides all the sanitary and quality controls which are necessary in the production process. Featuring physical-chemical control equipment, instrumental and microbiological analysis, a tasting room and an incubation chamber. All the deliveries from our suppliers are analysed to determine, not only the sanitary and hygienic conditions, but also its technical criteria necessary to check whether they fulfil our requirements.
