Management
The family Baillo occupies most of the executive positions in Dream Fruits. Two years ago the family decided to engage Juan José Silva, as CEO, an experienced professional who has advised the family Baillo , having acquired knowledge from the various enterprises in which he previously worked and who also has a vast knowledge of the sector of the market.The management is as follows:

Carmelo Baillo Ruiz: President and founder. Born in Quero (Toledo), Carmelo Baillo Ruiz is a competent agriculturist and enologist. He has more than 30 years of experience in this sector. In addition to the president´s office, he personally supervises the traditional activity of must and wine.
- Juan José Silva: CEO.
Graduated in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Madrid (Universidad Complutense), he also possesses a MBA from the “Instituto de Empresa de Madrid” (IE Business School). Certified accountant and member of the official register of auditors. Coming from KPMG, an enterprise in which he worked since 1985, he stayed for four years in the audit department until his promotion to Director in the department of Corporate Finance.
In the year 1993 he left KPMG and joined the group “El Enebro” as Financial Director, with activities in the sectors of wine-growing (Bodegas Vega Sicilia, Bodegas Alión, Bodegas Oresmur), real estate, meat (NEAL, S.A., Valles del Esla, S.A.) and processing of agrarian products (El Quexigal, S.A.). In 2000 he re-joined KPMG Corporate Finance as Senior Manager, a position which he held until 2004, the year in which he started his career at Dream Fruits .
- Carmelo Baillo Corrales: Sales Director and Director of the bottling factory. Graduated in Law, has held this post since 2001. In 1996 he was nominated director of the enterprise “Naransur”, sold to “Grupo Pascual” in 2001.
- Rafael Baillo: Marketing Director . Graduated in Marketing, taking up this job in 1999.
- Alejandro Baillo: Buying and Shipping Director. Graduated in Chemistry. He started his career as assistant director of Naransur.
- Juana María Baillo: Responsible Treasurer. Graduated in Economics. She has worked for Dream Fruits for 12 years.
- Antonio Flores : Technical Director. Enologist, he joined Dream Fruits to be a part of the installation of the must plant project, which concentrates and demineralises. In 1988 he became the Production Director and put the jam factory into operation. Since 2002 he has held the job of Technical Director.
