These products are produced in the must installations, which dispose of great treatment capacities and warehousing. For its production, the company uses local cooperatives to supply the grape's must.
To protect the supply of must, Dream Fruits normally arranges with the cooperatives at the beginning of the contract the acquisition of approximately 80% of the annual consumption for a fixed price. The remaining 20% are acquired during the business year according to demand.
